I've no top cam - just a black screen but see on the bottom one that 33 has been in to see his first hatched chick. It really has been a real shame/huge disappointment that the cam is playing up so much and all these freezes.

Abi told me earlier that the tech team were supposed to be dealing with the situation today. I have just emailed her asking for an update and enquiring if Tim Graham is contactable. This is deplorable.
