Always exciting waiting on the first hatch which really could be anytime from now.
Any guesses as to when the first hatch will be?
I am going for Tuesday 5th (37 days).
Maya suddenly noticed she's left an egg out :o ... tucked it under:

I suspect everyone knows but I'll mention it anyway :-) about the fact that there is no fishing allowed at Rutland Water, or anywhere, due to Covid-19.
My brother's annual June fishing trip to Rutland was cancelled but majority of all the waters were stocked before the lockdown so fish will be in an abundance here and at other waters and the ospreys have them all to themselves :-)
Maya gives the eggs a check/turn and our view is practically blocked because of the sticks
I wonder if 33 and Maya do it deliberately to annoy us LOL
Maya has checked the eggs a few times
16:28 check
16:45 another check and she settles down leaving one egg out just as Scylla saw earlier then she rose, quick check and then got it under her
16:52 another check
16:54 and another!
Can't see much but all the same interesting.
Suspect the little chick may now be starting to chip at its shell as I believe it can take up to a couple of days for them to break their way out.
