If you see reports of owl attacks - well, I've missed them.
Aila had another flyabout around 02:00 and spent a watchful night as usual.
This morning there was a fishless changeover 04:57/8, and since Aila re-took over she's been nodding off, catching up on lost overnight sleep:

Good Morning All
All lovely caps in your catch up Scylla
Aila has dropped off in the sunshine this morning. I haven't scrolled back yet.

EDIT - Scylla I have had a look at FOA and cannot see any reports of any owl attacks last night, although that's not to say there wasn't any.

Only thing I could find was just after midnight she got up and fluffed up her feathers and seemed to be looking out at something.
Scylla/Mary, WT chat doesn't make any mention of owl activity overnight which is good news. Louis is on the nest after coming in with a stick at 07.40. Ian
I missed that change over Ian, TKU, glad I went back to see it as it was a fabulous fly in from Louis, you could see him flying in the distance, then coming sweeping in from the left.
Aila came back @ 08.14
Might as well have an Aila fly in as well she brought back some twigs.
She didn't take long to dislodge Louis from the eggs
Louis flies off
Indeed I would! The only thing of note so far has been Louis bringing in a very large stick at 09.15. It is currently on the left hand side of the nest sticking out way over the edge. Ian
