Thanks for the slo-mo video Geemeff.
Darvic definitely on left leg, BTO on right, it is difficult to see when enlarged, I had a go but the pixilation is pretty bad.
I actually thought it looked like PT0 - a first returner from Loch of the Lowes, but that is a pure guess, as you really cannot tell from the screenshots.
Or maybe a Z - or maybe - or maybe
EDIT: Thanks too Geemeff for posting the video Lachlan's story, enjoyed watching it again. By the way the head markings from when Lachlan was a juvenile will not be the same now. I believe they change as they mature.

PT0 would fit with my first thoughts that I could just about see a zero on the ring, but too blurry. Thanks for the note about head markings, I read up a bit (googled) and some say the markings change slightly with maturity, others say there's a bigger change.

Perhaps PTO's travelling round. If only it had flashed its left leg on landing or take off!

Yes I posted a video of them both on the nest Richard.
20.00, despite there being a fish right in front of her, Aila has been calling for a while. She eventually eats some of the fish and feeds the chick. 20.03, feed over and still plenty of fish left, I wonder if Louis will take it away at some point. Ian
