Well, hello all, Wasn't able to be around at all yesterday as tied up with final day of Kids Summer Club and Concert. Fab week, but can now get back to serious osprey watching.
Seems it was a varied day with deliveries of fish and comings and goings of youngsters on the nest. Some fantastic shots by lots of you and have saved some for my portfolio. At present EJ is still on the nest as she was when I logged on about 11.30pm yesterday. Over to the night shift, happy viewing, see you in the morning.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Weather looks a little better, rain passed over for now, blue sky and a bit of sun I think.
Someone is calling off cam.
Hi everyone. Thanks for all the brilliant posts and pics. A dose of ENS at the moment. So here's a couple of pics from my recent trip to LG. The first is view of the nest from the Osprey centre, and the second is a Red Squirell. Appologies if the image quality isn't great.
Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Almost an hour later and I can hear calling. That's all. It's sporadic . No one at home at the nest and I suppose wont be until hunger drives the youngsters home to bleat about ''Where's my dinner''
Oh, I forgot to click on refresh. Let me see who posted pic of delightful red squirrel . (always a favourite isnlt it?)
EDIT Heron!! what a treat !!!!!!!!!!!! many thanks. The pics went down like a glass of water to a stranded traveller in the dessert who lost their camel in a dust storm.

YOUNGSTER ARRIVES
Not been around much today ... but on reading back, I haven't missed anything! A visiting young one just now ... Titch, I think from the squeal of delight when he landed!!!
Now you see him ... now you don't ... the story of the day I think. Somebody is ... or was on the camera post judging by the clunk.
EDIT - forgot to say thanks Heron for the pics ... excellent!
