Well, hello all, Wasn't able to be around at all yesterday as tied up with final day of Kids Summer Club and Concert. Fab week, but can now get back to serious osprey watching.
Seems it was a varied day with deliveries of fish and comings and goings of youngsters on the nest. Some fantastic shots by lots of you and have saved some for my portfolio. At present EJ is still on the nest as she was when I logged on about 11.30pm yesterday. Over to the night shift, happy viewing, see you in the morning.

Is it EJ who brings in the majority of the fish these days?
Tiger Signature
Heard someone arrive, saw the back of someone leaving, then Odin arrived with fish.
Terry in Cumbria
Odin stayed for a few seconds and looked at the uneaten fish on nest , then flew off with his good sized one
Odin arrives with a fish, no takers so is off pretty quickly with it.
It could be EJ

sounds as though its raining. Going to get some lunch, back later in the afternoon.
Thanks everyone:) Great captures as always
I see there is a fish left uneaten on the nest. So all the GEM's must be full.
Tiger, I would say it's 50/50 ish on who brings in the fish, i think. But I may not be the best person to ask.
Thanks for the info on the new blog

No, not necessarily Tiger , it's just that EJ's fish are (usually) SO much bigger and consequently last so much longer. But our brave boy certaily is still playing his part in the bringer of fish role. Any ideas why both of them are still bringing sticks into the nest ?
