OK I'll start this off. Czech Republic jays and a red squirrel.

Hi TeeJay, Thought I’d take a stab at ideeing this one. I believe it could be an adult male Eastern Towhee. They migrate from the NE US to the Southern states for the winter. Compare it to this pic.
It might also be a young female Dark-Eyed Junco. They also migrate to the Southern states. But I think I’d go with the Towhee. Pic of DE Junco.
Unknown said:Scylla, with your new found skills at identifying USA birds have a go at this one from Tennessee.
If LISA (whom I have great faith in) is right on the Towhee front, then I am only familiar with Spotted and California and it certainly isn't the latter, and I don't think the wings are patterned enough for the former.
I've never "been" to Tennessee birdland (IIRC), have only spent significant time in southern California, Florida, Ohio, Ontario, and a little in Alabama, recently New York state... Who'da thunk I'd be so well travelled?!
What's your suggestion, GARDENBIRDER?

I found the YT live stream and then this from one of their uploaded videos - it's in a list of birds seen "off-cam":
I'm downloading it, maybe we'll get another sighting with more angles
