I'm not doing a post-mortem of the LG 2019 season.
Here's to a colourful, action-packed off-season - but the cam needs repositioning and cleaning. MIKE ??? !!! ;-D
03 September!
As KORKY may have retired in despair (I nearly did myself!), here is An Animal's Guide to Britain.

IMAGICAT
No matter how many Coal Tits appear to crowd the feeder, I only manage to count a maximum of 9 when I pause the recording... so far ;)
This was the last group of the evening, the Crestie took away a nut and left the others to it.
It's a major major morning here

Hi Cirrus. Cam link still works for me unless it's a stream from the distant past
Snap was of a male Dendrocopos major. I have a curious sense of humour
Kind regards, Ann
I couldn't get in here for a long period during the night.
First in last morning was the squirrel, then a Coal Tit for a mere 4 seconds, then a Crestie had a very good session all to itself.
During the morning various GSWs were hoggers:
Masses of birds thru the day, all the usual ones but no unusual ones spotted in a rather fast run-thru.
I'm still nursing my cold but it's not getting worse :) G'night.

Indeed Ian. Perhaps they're not re-filling it in prep for The Great Camera Turn-Off. Although I'd hate to think they won't be feeding the birdies, even though we're not able to watch. The crestie looks even more nervous about it all this morning.
