I'm not doing a post-mortem of the LG 2019 season.
Here's to a colourful, action-packed off-season - but the cam needs repositioning and cleaning. MIKE ??? !!! ;-D
03 September!
As KORKY may have retired in despair (I nearly did myself!), here is An Animal's Guide to Britain.

Couldn't decide on a squirrel snap so here are a few, all the same little chap/ess:
.
New species !!! "Sage Chaffinch" ;)
I've scrolled back and at around 16:25 there were two Cresties

Last evening there was a flurry of birdies at the feeder which I felt was unusual, tho I can't claim to remember time patterns.
4x speed:
The first 2 this morning - the Crestie ate behind the feeder:
There were fewer birds than usual, see how wet the squirrel's tail is:
A Robin popped in - it seemed bewildered by the other birds and only got a 2-second stab at the peanuts:
A creamy Crestie:
Two Cresties at once!
There was another flurry before darkness, amongst which was a Crestie, late as usual but it wasn't the last - the last one stayed behind the feeder, probably a Coal Tit.
I keep meaning to report that we're still getting visitors every day - this afternoon there was a group of photographers, I saw at least 5 together, one had earlier carried his tripod into the trees.
If only he'd known it! By the time this man fetched his tripod/camera and took it into the trees, no birds were at the feeder :(
Another person with posh gear:
Dig the lens on this camera :o

I've only just noticed your post at the top of the page, SANDRA !!! And there was me, thinking I had a coup ;-D It looks like exactly the same scene, feather for feather :o
I just came here because I forgot to post a video from yesterday of a Great Tit with markings gone awry:
Good morning all. First snow of the winter??
