The season so far: LM12 (Laddie) arrived back 15 March and LF15 (Lassie) on 23 March. Lassie laid 3 eggs on 4, 7 and 10 April hatching 11, 12 and 16 May. Sadly on 26 May tragedy struck and the third chick died. The remaining two chicks were ringed on 26 June as follows: #1 Blue PT4 (M) and #2 Blue PT5 (M).

23.03 only Lassie eating now, but the chicks still very lively, wing flaps and that head swaying when they look at whatever, which I love to see.
As I looked in I was just trying to see which chick had the fish when the other barged in and took it The first chick gave it up easily All the while Lassie preening at the back of the nest

About 11:26, Laddie came to the nest with a fish. He flew off leaving Lassie to feed the chicks
14:20(ish) Lassie flew onto the nest (from the right) with a clump of nesting material then, almost immediately, Laddie came in with a fish (from the left). Lassie claimed the fish but it was quickly taken from her by PT5
After eating for a little while, Lassie tried to snatch the fish back but PT5 moved it away and continued to feed
Once PT5 had finished, PT4 took charge
Lassie ended up with the fish and continued to feed herself and PT4
15:25 PT5 was eating from the remaining fish
(All of the above took place in an approximate 1 hour timescale)
16:14 Lassie and the chicks have since eaten more from the remainder of the fish, PT4 (at the front) taking a break to flap his wings just like PT5 at the back of the nest
16:25 Cam has panned out to include a beautiful view of the Loch
16:33 Laddie flew in (top, far left) with nesting material
17:50 Laddie flew in with Lassie's and the chicks' dinner
19:05 Lassie came flying in from the left
She'd seen Laddie on his way back to the nest with a fish (top left)
I think it was PT5 who claimed it (yes it was)
