The season so far: Telyn (Blue 3J) arrived back 30 March and Monty on 1 April. Telyn laid 3 eggs 17, 20 and 23 April hatching 26, 27 and 29 May. The three chicks were ringed and named on 28 June as follows: #1 Blue KA1 (F) “Berthyn”, #2 Blue KA2 (M) “Peris” and #3 Blue KA3 (M) “Hesgyn”.

KA2 Peris, the hero of the day:
LYNETTE ~ (Not that you asked me ;) ) That ^^^ is reduced to 450 pixels wide.
Now reduced to 350 pixels:
The original was 1294x1365 pixels, which overflows the capacity so the system reduces it. It doesn't fill up the width because of the deeper depth hitting a restriction. I think! They were all simply dragged 'n dropped into the RF box.
This is an uncropped Dyfi cam 1920px, just dragged 'n dropped:
If you prefer to UPLOAD pics via the Insert Media box, you need to take out the default sizes, just leave them blank. If they turn out toooo big for their subject, edit and put in a width - say 500, and see what it looks like. No need for a depth.
I did start a photo thread in the New Forum dept in About, but it didn't take off.
All my downloads paused themselves at 2 o'clock in the morning - they said they were downloading but weren't. Mystified here :-/ So I don't have any wakeup.
Hesgyn's face never quite came into focus:
It's not a sunny day!
KA2 Peris has just fledged. Just leapt off and flew before returning to the camera perch. Telyn appeared to provide an escort.
