Link to June 2019 thread (Following Karen's excellent example of providing useful links....)
On 1 July, chick 1 is 30 days old. Chick 2, from egg 3, is 27 days old.
Apart from the sad failure-to-hatch of egg 2 , everything has been reasonably settled on the nest, and Louis is in the running for Mary's 'Fisherman of the Year Award'.

Someone on WT said "JJ2 at the back", but your ring pic, which I was just examining in my own footage, looks like JJ0. Should we already know what the numbers are?
What I mean is, you'd think they'd be consecutive.
IMAGICAT
See above sylla :)(Maybe JJ1 was not used 'out of respect' to the egg that never made the as hoped for full journey )
Thanks, Trying :) I'm not cut out for multi-tasking - I did a video but now there's more of interest to add so I'll add bits :)

Sometimes the rings can be difficult to prise apart to fit round the leg and/or break so they take extras, which may explain why numbers are not always consecutive
