Link to June 2019 thread (Following Karen's excellent example of providing useful links....)
On 1 July, chick 1 is 30 days old. Chick 2, from egg 3, is 27 days old.
Apart from the sad failure-to-hatch of egg 2 , everything has been reasonably settled on the nest, and Louis is in the running for Mary's 'Fisherman of the Year Award'.

Aila's turn now, Both chicks have been fed, youngest was last to eat, eldest was exercising a few mins ago.
Both settling down. C. Woodland Trust

Louis just brought a mega fish
Was that a mackerel, or a trick of the light!
The chicks are home alone, snoozing most of the time, but #1 is taking an interest in all around too
I assume that Aila is perched nearby keeping an eye on them and the nest

Aila has returned, so wasn't far away, just collecting soft furnishings
and moves the furniture
Despite the disturbance the chicks stay put
but they can take only so much
and now they are lying head to toe
Is Louis anticipated?

I'll bow to your superior knowledge Sheila. I know nothing about fish although I quite like eating them. The less bony ones anyway.

Re:
When the 17-51 fish arrived.... slight tussle between Aila and Bob 1 (I think) as to who had rights to the fish... Mum won!! Prob a prudent move on Bob 1's part, to let Mum win, but shows they are maturing fast.
Out for a poop and a wander aboot
