What a lovely capture, Birdie, and how interesting. It must have been put up when they reinstalled the cam. I wonder why. Have I missed a blog about it?
The more I think about it, the more I think it may have been because of Springwatch.
Birdie's DU Summaries 2018
The cam was problematic for a while this morning, I'll show you for your amusement - these were in quickish succession when I was desperately refreshing/relinking:
The cam quality was shocking all day, consistently worse than I've seen it this season, apart from brief phases. Nighttime was much better* but still no-one called in :(
*Maybe we should have it set to monochrome ;)
Tiger's Osprey Info & World Bird Cams
A soggy morning. I imagine it is windy and damp, if not wet
And we're back to normal:
I skimmed thru the evening but not the rest of the day, during which the cam (here anyway) was pretty bad a lot of the time. A new stream notification came from Carnyx so they knew there were problems.
Cam is down.
You'll love this ;)
MIKE - I wonder if, when the cam goes down, I get alternative videos from people I'm subscribed to because I'm signed in to my YouTube account?
