Having refreshed my memory, it did look like Louis :-/
The 'mating' might have been to reestablish his ownership, with a male intruder in the area?
IMAGICAT
Your video is much clearer Scylla - I just thought Aila would have attempted to get rid of an intruder rather than stand side by side with it,. So the jury is out on this one I guess.
ALL Snips all taken from your video Scylla - I am sticking to my guns and saying its LOUIS, looks like him to me but I haven't been watching as much as you guys,

The intruder incident quandary even had Liz asking questions of herself..... but she answered the question herself by comparing underwing pic grabs HERE on Facebook.PT: I've just spent the last hour comparing both birds with my screen grabs, I say it's definitely, Louis.Liz B: Same here Polly. I think it's him..........(rest of the sentence seemed irrelevant for here )And definitive answer..... Screen grab of Louis during time on nest for 07-05 am fish delivery. © Woodland Trust - Arkaig 2019
