The season so far: Mrs G arrived back 25 March and Aran on 1 April. Mrs G laid 3 eggs 13, 16 and 19 April hatching 19, 21 and 24 May. Mrs G and Aran continue to work hard to raise their young and Aran is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

Kind regards, Ann
Thank you, GardenBirder - I still think they were zoomed in too close *sulk* ;)
Focus on #1 while MrsG was chilling and preening on the fence - how could this not catch one's eye? ;)

Lucky you Ann! 17:35 Aran on the perch with a live fish
I visited DOP in 2017 but unfortunately didn't have time to pop to Glaslyn, it's a place I want to visit next - it'll happen one day! :)

Sandra, Hope you will visit Glaslyn soon. We managed to visit both places very briefly in 2017 for the first time ever but we spent 2 weeks in the area last year and visited both DOP and Glaslyn several times. We also saw Blue 24 and her partner at Llyn Brenig. It was a lovely time despite the heat. At least the centre at Glaslyn has a lovely breeze through the building so we did not boil when there. And the views of the mountains from the Glaslyn centre are fabulous (but even better, of course, when an Osprey flies past!).
