The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. Maya and 33 continue to work hard to raise their young and 33 is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

Morning All
Night cam still on and chicks now sleeping alone. No doubt Maya will be on the campost watching over them
and the chicks are now beginning to awaken
and stretching their wings as the sun begins to rise
Maya has now flown onto the nest, picks up a of fish and starts feeding the chicks
04:07 - First Feed
04:12 Daycam
Maya has just stopped feeding. Walks around cleaning up and now stands watching over the chicks
04:25 33 arrives with a fish looking for Maya who had flown off a few minutes ago
33 drops the fish - its still living!
Maya returns and 33 flies off. Maya stands back blocking our view
04:30 Maya now walks round and picks up the fresh caught fish
drags it round the nest and starts feeding the chicks
04:38 according to the Met Office - Sunrise!
Chicks don't appear to be too hungry. Had a few bits and snuggled up again
Maya has now flown up to the campost leaving the fish lying beside the chicks who are now snuggled up together, snoozing.
05:00 Maya, who returned a few minutes ago with a stick, now begins to feed the chicks
And after all that rain, isn't it wonderful to see the sun!!
Hopefully a dry, warm sunny day ahead. Off now, catch up later
