The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. Maya and 33 continue to work hard to raise their young and 33 is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

FISH @ 10:30
33 arrives with a fish and they all get up to greet him !!
Maya grabs a hold of it - it is a decent sized fish - and then starts to feed the chicks and after a little potter about, 33 flies off
Hi Matthew, yes imminent and could happen any day! Also at the Lowes as the older chicks there are the same age. And speaking of ages ... here's an update on their ages: Chicks #1 and #2 are now 38 days old Chick #3 is 36 days old Chick #4 is 32 days old But back to ringing, it could be that Rutland may hold off as long as they can with the fourth chick being 6 days younger than the older ones. As Mikes says, we'll know when the cam goes down :-)
