Hi everybody, I was a bit hit and miss yesterday as was out most of the day.
Only caught up in the late evening so not sure how many fish were delivered
A lot of action late evening with two fish being delivered by Odin and EJ, two chicks managed to hog them and I believe the Middle one was left out. EJ then delivered a whale of a fish a bit later on and the Middle one had some. Couldn't quite tackle the head so started from furter down. Then EJ flew in and started feeding it. It eventually left like the other two. EJ has stayed on the nest now for well over an hour.
I'll leave you with this pic of her before she flies away for the night.Happy viewing, night shift, see you all in the moning.

Morning all and thanks for all the overnight and early morning reports. One juve on the nest at the moment. All fairly quiet this morning after the surfeit of fish last night. Expect I will be out and about for some of today.
Morning All: One GEM on the nest - looks like it could be Titch:
Just read back - see there has not been a breakfast fish yet today, unless it was off the nest. At least they seemed to have eaten well last night, thanks to EJ & one of her 'whales'.
Thanks to All for overnight pics and posts - you do keep us informed when we have to drag ourselves away from this screen!
Just popping in again to see if anything is happening nestwise ... one on the nest ... having a gentle chirrup! Glad to see you are on here Linda - I was a bit worried when you weren't on earlier in case you were poorly!
One on the nest has now flown off!
EDIT someone is on the camera post, clunking and shaking feathers!
Joan - avid bird and nature watcher in Northumberland!

Makes me laugh when I hear that clunking, Joan. So kind of you to worry about me! Must admit we have both been 'being kind' to ourselves lately so to bed early for the last couple of nights, and a bit of a lay-in this morning. We are OK now, thanks.
That wind is getting up again at LG so don't know what today will bring - "More FISH" please, shout the GEMs!
Morning All. An empty nest greets me this morning. Thanks for all your reports and pictures.
Lynette, Thanks for those night time shots on the previous page last night.
Good morning all and first port of call as I like to come here first to see if there has been a fish but I can see not yet. Nest empty and I can't get used to that at all. Seems like a surfeit of fish last night so that will probably keep them going for a while until the next delivery.
Thanks for all the pics it seems that we will less and less of them on the nest and have to rely on pics that you all take. This time next year I will have mastered the art myself hopefully. Gave up trying as to much to watch and now don't want to miss a thing fiddling about trying to do it,
I have a "me" day OH has gone to Farnborough Air show and guess what when he left at 7.30 it was raining even though we had not been forecast any. Dried up now and sun shining so he should have a good day. the upshot is I have plenty of time to try and catch the family as he won't be home until about 9.00 tonight.
Off to catch up with yesterday's daily and last of the weekly chat now.
Margobird
Great screeching on the nest ... one young one arrives closely followed by Odin ... with a fish!!!! ... and an intruder I think ... he flies off chirruping. The young one has a foot on the fish and is shrieking and mantling! Other two young ones arrive!!
Odin delivers a fish, which is quickly grabbed by chick.........?
The one with the fish has started to eat ... another one is eyeing the fish and trying to sneak in ... nothing doing yet! The other one is standing on one leg watching.
