Hi everybody, I was a bit hit and miss yesterday as was out most of the day.
Only caught up in the late evening so not sure how many fish were delivered
A lot of action late evening with two fish being delivered by Odin and EJ, two chicks managed to hog them and I believe the Middle one was left out. EJ then delivered a whale of a fish a bit later on and the Middle one had some. Couldn't quite tackle the head so started from furter down. Then EJ flew in and started feeding it. It eventually left like the other two. EJ has stayed on the nest now for well over an hour.
I'll leave you with this pic of her before she flies away for the night.Happy viewing, night shift, see you all in the moning.

Hi Brenda - I promise you Odin 'looked in'' - Youngest returned the moment Odin left and seems to regret leaving a remnant for Middle youngster to eat.
EDIT Alan : simply great images - thank you (also for your reply to my email about Caerlaverock)
Good grief: Titch is talking to a fish?! A one-sided conversation I fear. Sounds busy - both on the nest and the blog today. Nice to see the three together, if only for a bit.
Is this another fish delivery heard a lot of noise but missed the delivery and who is eating again!

Trying to fly with a fish:
Think it must be Titch as he is talking to it. Did anyone see where or who it came from. Between them they seemed to have spent the whole afternoon stuffing their faces.

This isMiddle juve eating what Youngest left . I'm sure that Youngest (who regretted leaving some fish for its sibling ) arrived back hoping to wrest from Middle juve what he considered 'his' fish. I don't think Middle juve gave him quarter and if I can just get a look at this youngsters face I'm sure it will turn out to be Middle juve finishing the remnant that Youngest originally left on the nest.
I believe this was middle youngster (although certainty is impossible) who had the fish all along. She got herself in a right flap as she ate as far as she could then couldn't get her talons out of the fish to eat some more. Eventually she settled herself down and resumed eating. She has taken to talking to fish today. That wont help with distinguishing her from Titch!
I wasn't watching when Odin dropped in so can't say whether he brought a fish with him or not, but when #2 was trying to fly off with it I'm sure it was an intact small fish rather than the leftover from earlier. It would be interesting to see if anyone recorded Odin's brief visit.
EDIT: Make that #3 as #2 just flew in! LOL
Middle juve has flown and actually left the runt end of the runt end for 3 to polish off.
I don't beleive it have just logged in again and yong one is eating although I gather it is left overs. They really have done nothing but eat since lunchtime.
