Louis flies off again to be replaced by Aila still clutching her fish. Ian

Louis returns at 17.20 (ish), Aila leaves but forgets the fish. Louis therefore takes the fish & scarpers! Aila returns probably thinking "I'm sure I left some fish here". Ian

Afternoon FISH:

As reported by IAN, Louis flew off to attack, he was alarm calling:

The second time he aimed high:

And after a longer ENS it was Aila who returned (with fish) and settled:

Couldn't tell what kind of stick this was:

Aila flew, Louis took over incubation:

Did she take her fish-bit?

No!  Louis did !!!  (As reported already.)  There were some lovely wing shots here but better not self-indulge, might not resist later ;)

Aila returned and sorted some sticks, this must be the one Louis last brought, I knew it would be pretty useless ;)

Aila did some mild fish-calling, in vain:

Intruder sensed!

Then Louis brought back a measly tail-end, which Aila flew with:

There was a 5-minute buffer before daycam but here she is, after the most peaceful night for a long time?  (Errors & Omissions Excepted!)  No sleep, of course.

No Louis yet.

Headless FISH, Louis plonked it and Aila (who had risen and reversed, like they do, in anticipation) took it and flew.

Hand over..more of a standard grab!

Yet another bout of Windows Updates so I'm not recording. M$ have to keep issuing updates to fix the errors introduced by the previous update >:(

When I got up 'n running again Louis was on the nest "eek" but he'd only brought a stick.

And he's just taken away the item with blue on it, which Aila had brought earlier so it must have been fishtail - and now Aila is back..

Aila is up and alarm chipping.

She's flown.
