Continued from April 2019
The season so far:
Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. They are currently incubating 4 eggs laid 2, 5, 8 and 11 April with the first expected to hatch around 9 May

After almost 30 minutes, the chicks are now full and collapse in a bundle.
#4 was first to hit the deck for its crop could no longer defy gravity :-D

Maya now enjoys a little fish herself and I must leave.
Two good feeds today and no doubt they will get more later. BFN
16:04 Another feed. Unable to post but managed to capture the chicks being fed again
I see 33 has been in with a fish and another feed now in progress.
#4 once more gets itself at the front in the middle of #1 and #2 and getting fed :-)
One of the oldest chicks and #4 now turn away and #3 is now getting fed along with the other older chick
Nice to see the young chicks thriving. #3 who we usually think of as the "baby" is doing great.

Feed over and chicks huddle together snoozing.
33 then arrives, grabs the fish and flies off to have his share
Off now - BFN
Two poops in quick succession - obviously from well-fed osplets:

Good Morning All
There is a feed going on at the moment, what a joy it is to see FOUR wee chicks for Maya and 33.....
I hope and pray that they ALL make it to migration, as we all know how difficult Ospreys lives can be.
