It is good to see No 4 standing his corner this morning at feeding time.
Oh no the fish is still flapping.
Fish is still living :-( Seen it flap.
Eldest chicks not really interested in fish. #3 keeping itself to itself while #1 and #2 having a go at each other leaving #4 to the fish :-)
#4 is doing OK and now joined by an elder chick but still getting odd bit of fish
And now the other older chicks has joined the feed and Maya feeds #1 and #2. #4 is curled up in front and they are leaning over it. #3 has not joined in but once the older ones are full the younger chicks will get fed.
#4 has its head up and back in front and getting fish ...
That's what we like to see .... And I've seen it get a few bits more while posting this :-)
Good to see this and now I must walk my dog BBL
Birdies LG DU update.
Peekaboo
Such a shame its raining when we have the cam zoomed in
Maya is doing her best, head down over the chicks but a couple are sticking out the back. No sign of #4 which is good for it will need to keep itself dry
The older ones are now starting to resemble those Norwegian Lopi Sweaters that were around in the 80s LOL
Maya has a shuffle for she needs to cover them and so difficult
but somehow she manages
33 returns with a fish in talon - Maya staying put
