It seemed to be trying to right itself but I think Laddie stood on it on his way past, and now it doesn't seem to be moving much.

I'm finding it all too hard to watch

I can't see anyway this is going to end well, I'm already getting a row from OH for getting in a state. I'm gutted.

They never seem to help, sometimes chicks wander off and the parents just leave them I don't understand it either

I've had a look around at comments elsewhere, seen food coma mentioned and possible injury from Laddie when he landed. Not sure if Lassie's tail is a help or hindrance time will tell.

Oh dear. This is when watching becomes so difficult. I can't see the chick moving. Hypothermia will be a risk unless he can get back in under mum.

Bob exposed again, and no sign of movement for a while.

I think he's either trapped or Laddie did stand on him and has caused some damage of some sort., it's just awful to see.
