Glaslyn has opened today but the recent flooding has caused them issues including a lack of access to the centre and other essential areas of the site.
They hope to have the camera system up and running very soon, possibly even later today.
No sign of any birds in the area.

I lost track of MrsG - she was off again and on again and is now showing toes-only of one foot on the NNE area of the fence.

MaryGK said:I take it these are using VLC..... or are you doing a lot of work on them like putting through a photo editor to get this clarity?
Funny you should say that - sometimes I play back the video in VLC to take snaps, but in this case I think I took the snaps off the original Bandicam screen-captured video and then "treated" them in IrfanView.
IrfanView is a free "picture handler" for Windows which has been going for many years and it's always been my default picture handler. It's disgraceful how long it's taken me to unearth some of its talents.
Recently I installed PhotoScape, which rarely gets used but can reshape single snaps and has a better sharpener than IrfanView, IMHO.
I have always considered that my snaps are not as "good" as others' so I very often do things to them before posting, if time.
I am devastated by the dullness of my LG recordings :'( and can't seem to do anything about it. I upped the quality of the recorder from 80 to 100%, but that means that scrolling thru is more jerky, which may be how I came to miss the Tawny !!! How does one recover from that magnitude of failure?! Heaven forfend it should happen to EJ.
Did I get carried away there? Sorry ;)
Glaslyn have come back to me:
The problem was reported to our server this morning. They are currently investigating the issue. We do appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.
I have wished them 'good luck'!
