Our visitor was very white.

Birdie thought maybe NF2, I thought 1st letter N,H and 2nd letter E,F and 3rd letter 1 or 2. We have:-

NF2, Male, 2016 from Errogie - Inverness-shire
NF1, Female, 2016 from Loch Fleet, Sutherland
HF, Female 2010 from Tweed Valley (parents White SS + Unringed) but sure there are 3 characters.

Blue NU7(15) - sex unknown.  Hatched at a nest near the 'top end' of Loch Ness.  Last year (2018) was the first sighting to be recorded.  Chris T posted on the forum last year.

Wondered if any similarity?

So I don't know how much store we can set by that :-/

However, Miss Marpylla has revealed by yellowing only the white bits:

NF2. A 3 year old male hatched about 15 miles due west of Loch Garten. Almost certainly not bred before. Go fetch a fish, do some displaying, we are happy to accept this as a 'down-payment', keep displaying until you a attract a female and the residence is yours. It will be taken off the market immediately. The nest is here for the taking. Let your breeding instincts kick in. You know it makes sense.

I think that may have been the male crossbill preening a minute ago.

I have a complaint about this site. Why can you not like a post more than once?

With respect Scylla I am in the Thermosphere - 2 layers higher than the stratosphere. I personally blame the Cotes du Rhone, but do not apologise for 1 word. Brilliant yellow colouring the 'guardian' of video captures and enhancement. I am in awe of you.
