Hi everyone, Thanks for all your posts and pics yesterday, they were great. And thanks to all who posted clips of the goings on etc.
Annette, you said you may not make it on tonight because of personal committments,, hopefully we'll see you at some time during the course of today.
Its been a day of complete misery insomuch as the weather situation. A day of rain mostly although it has cleared up tonight. Lots of comings and goings and they kept us all amused.
Happy viewing to our night shift and to the early morning bloggers as well.
I'll leave you with two pics taken round about 11.45pm last night on the next post.

EJ has just flown off and another youngster has just flown in and is making a right racket. He's too late for fish, EJ has polished all off
"Where's everybody gone?? Have I missed a fish! Drat!" --
Whoever it is in my pic, above, is complaining bitterly about the lack of fish!! --
...and now he's just flown off & I can still hear his calls in the distance.
Intruder alert ... EJ flies onto the nest in full attack mode "Don't mess with me Buster!" Titch climbs down slowly from the barricade and lies flat!!!

Hello Osp fans (even those at Tesco currently shopping – commiserations Alan)
Super pics today you observant fans you – thank you all, Lindy, Lynette, Djoan.
OG – wonderfully captured !! Thanks so much for your pics of Youngest landing on the nest (!!! EJ). And Lindy, you’ve caught a great pic of the juvenile feathers !! with the ‘’silvery’’ tips on the feathers.
It looks another driech (did I spell it correctly?) morning currently at LG but I remember JSB giving a better forecast for today so hurry up sun there’s lots of Ospreys wanting to enjoy flying around in sunshine.
Can’t hang about much this morning as I’m already preparing lunch for Brenda and I and will be leaving in about an hour. So I’ll ‘’see’’ you all this evening and hope I don’t miss too much. I’m getting ‘’empty nest’’ syndrome already!!! It feels the’’autumn’’ of the Osprey season to me. Anyone else feel like that?
Is it you enjoying a visit from grandson Djoan? (forgive my memory) – you are certainly managing to do a sterling job with pics despite pressures on your time .
Alicat- hurry up and start to feel better, we miss you (and Tish) :)
Hi Cirrus - No ... it was me taking godson to the airport yesterday .... I'm trying to empty kitchen cupboards for a new kitchen starting Monday! I am hoping for a quiet day on the nest so I can get on with it!!! Enjoy your day with Brenda!
All seems quiet on the nest just now.
10.30am the rain is not on the radar map?
