Hi everyone, Thanks for all your posts and pics yesterday, they were great. And thanks to all who posted clips of the goings on etc.
Annette, you said you may not make it on tonight because of personal committments,, hopefully we'll see you at some time during the course of today.
Its been a day of complete misery insomuch as the weather situation. A day of rain mostly although it has cleared up tonight. Lots of comings and goings and they kept us all amused.
Happy viewing to our night shift and to the early morning bloggers as well.
I'll leave you with two pics taken round about 11.45pm last night on the next post.

EJ in full attack mode again ... Titch flat to the floor ... letting mum deal with it!! These intruders are persistent. Another young one joins the nest.
EDIT - I reckon its #2 who flew in to join them ... #1 would have been up there with EJ!!

Is that eldest just returned and flat now.
Margobird
EJ has returned to the nest and is shrieking and mantling. Titch is flat on the nest and Middle or Eldest has joined them.
Two young ones flat on the nest leaving EJ to defend the nest.
EJ and 2 chicks
EJ just looks so beautiful standing there guarding her youngsters. Largest one joining in but laid flat, not quite that brave yet.
Now that all have fledged, I don't suppose we'll get too many shots of them on the nest like this!
DjoanS I loved the way Titch moved closer to Mum for protection when the intruder was round. Still a baby at heart after all.
Thought EJ had stopped calling, Middle then carried on, now EJ is at it again, Intruder must be back
EJ just left, obviously felt the danger was over. Now 2 on the nest looking around them. Lovely sight.
