Hi everyone, Thanks for all your posts and pics yesterday, they were great. And thanks to all who posted clips of the goings on etc.
Annette, you said you may not make it on tonight because of personal committments,, hopefully we'll see you at some time during the course of today.
Its been a day of complete misery insomuch as the weather situation. A day of rain mostly although it has cleared up tonight. Lots of comings and goings and they kept us all amused.
Happy viewing to our night shift and to the early morning bloggers as well.
I'll leave you with two pics taken round about 11.45pm last night on the next post.

Titch is home alone and decided to get up and have a stretch and wash and brush up. It sounds as though hes's doing an osprey snore, you can hear a whistle type noise when he breathes. So cute.
Hi Lynette
Did you decide to skip Thursday this week LOL
You must be anxious for the week to be over :)
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
Titch is up in the dark, preening. He wants to be ready for another "fun packed day" of flying :)
The eldest was having so much fun flying the first couple of days . Now he seems to fly as a mode of transportation. The middle one never seemed to have a lot of fun when he first fledged. Maybe it was a bad experience of roosting all night in a tree the first time he flew
Titch seems to be have a great time flying. He is flying and landing just for the fun of it.
I love his happy chirps as he lands and takes off. Like "Wee this is fun" !! He doesn't seem bothered by his clumsy landings . I would love to see how he manages to land on a branch of a tree, considering he can't hit the nest with regularity . He is a character
Titch is sitting on the perch on the right side facing the tree where EJ roosts.
It sounds like the eldest is food soliciting from his branch under the nest.
I can see Titch preening so I am sure it is the eldest under the nest who is food soliciting . So far no one has answered his calls
Evening all:
Lynette: My goodness, time flies faster all the time! :-)
Hi Barbara jean: Yes, that's Titch on the right. And oh my - blue sky there? Got back about 45 minutes ago and have had two glasses of wine and a salad I picked up from the place around the corner. Probably won't stick around as it's been a long day.
Hi Annette . YUP We skipped Thursday and went right to Friday. LOL
Love it !!
Neither Titch nor the eldest are food soliciting so perhaps EJ went fishing
EDIT Now Ttich is calling again and is a bit more demanding in his calls . He is getting hungry!.
I wonder if he sees EJ or if he is just calling into the wind :)
It'd better not be Friday!!! I was just so very clever, printing out recipes for Dau#2's shower and thinking I would paste them to cards supplied. Only to discover no glue. It has been a few years since we had little ones "making" things. I feel as forlorn as Titch.
Titch seems happy sitting on perch. Wonder if he/she is coming up with some new, improved landing technique!

Let's hope so. EJ is skilled at avoiding a collision, but his nest mates are not.
Yesterday he knocked #2 off it's feet when he landed on it's back. Poor #2 was concentrating on eating when sudden he was flattened .
EJ saw Titch coming at the last minute and jumped out of his way just in time.
Maybe when the center starts using the other camera we will see he manages to land on a tree branch . He can't seem to hit the nest with any accuracy . Maybe he just aims for a tree and hopes for the best
Titch has just flown off. If we hear a loud noise, chances are it'll be Titch returning. :-)
OK, I'm off to bed. Take care all.
