Hi everyone and a very warm welcome to all new bloggers and especially to Judy Teen, whom I didn't mean to be rude about but unfortunately it looked like it in an earlier post of mine yesterday.
Well what a day its been, first Titch looked like going then an intruder alert or something and he bottled it, then we were watching all afternoon and lo and behold when one isn't watching, HE GOES AND DOES IT - FLIES - Whoopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. There are links on yesterdays blog for the lift of if anyone missed it.
What will today bring, will he get bolder and show his skills off - lets hope so. Such a precious moment when he did it and in fact when they all did it.
He is alone at present, on the nest. No doubt his siblings are around and probably roosting nearbye.
Over to the night shift and happy viewing. See you all in the morning.

Good morning all and thanks to the night shift and early morning shift for pics, interesting observations and fish reports. Can't tell you how happy I was to catch the fledging live, the first fledge I have ever seen.
Sounds as though all three have done well for food so far today. At the moment EJ is feeding Titch? with some fish that is obviously left over. Lots of little chirps and whilstles being made while it is eating. No wind for a change and dry at the moment. Have only just logged in as I had to go out and my time watching ospreys today will be curtailed as off to see the Pet Shop Boys tonight. Ej now finishing the fish on her own.
Off to catch up with other blogs now have a good day all.

That fish is lasting a very long time. EJ just taking the odd bite for herself.
OMG I hope someone has a clip of what just happened. About 11:25
Titch went for a show off flight . I could see EJ following him with her eyes. He came in for a landing and narrowly missed EJ . She looked up and saw him coming and had to nearly lay flat on the nest to avoid a collision
Then He also missed the nest !!
LOL
He had to circle again to land
The look on EJ's face as this was happening was priceless! .
Almost as great as when Mallachie dropped her fish overboard and it was hang from a branch under the nest. EJ could not understand how the fish ended up hanging from a branch or how to retrieve it . LOL
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
Good morning BrendaH I see EJ is now feeding the largest (IthinK) even though we all know they have all had plenty already.
That sounded really funny Brenda H - I missed it though!
EDIT I remember Mallachie's fish episode - priceless!
Poor EJ - she's carrying that fish around the nest, trying to feed the young ones to get rid of it!
morning all.
Thanks for all the wonderful captures/reports:)
EJ seems to be holding some fish but no one seems that interested at the moment.
