Sunday 1st April
Mrs G returns just after 2pm (time to be confirmed)
Thursday 5th April
On two separate occasions, Rutland-born female, Blue 3J, and Scottish male, Blue HR7, visit the nest. HR7 was seen around Glaslyn last year, Mrs G seems comfortable with him and they later mate.
Later in the evening there is an unringed male osprey on the scene, who looks very much like Aran. When he lands on the Glaslyn nest with the remains of a fish there is no mantling and no attempt to share the fish with Mrs G
[This male is later confirmed to be Aran]

Well caught MIKE So still here Busy shouting at the corvid rather than eating
Ithink she has had enough The fish is parked on the "fence"
KS3 left the nest at 10:05
Thank you Alan.....I wonder?
Birdies LG DU update.
Not gone! Arran arrived with a fish and KS2 got it but left without it.

10.29 A lone fish and no one around to take it
and as I was snipping, juvie arrived on the perch. I wasn't sure who it was but thought the dark chest was a give-away! KS3
Nice cam person zoomed in to confirm
cam went down and whirlygig went around on refresh, just as KS3 was calling and apparently defending the nest... I shut the tab and hey presto Aran arrived with a headless fish
KS3 wasn't interested. Aran looked around, presumably for KS2, and then took off with the fish
10.38
Followed by KS3, leaving the lone headless fish
and the usual suspects landed
KS2 landed, claiming the lone fish, and seeing off the ravens
KS3 landed causing consternation. KS2 mantled and called while holding on to the lone fish
Sadly KS3 asserted her superiority and KS2 flew off, without the fish which is now on the right hand side.
KS3 shoos away the ravens, ignoring the lone fish
and then flies off, leaving the lone fish. Return the ravens!

Good morning Sheila. A sudden flurry of activity!
A single raven tucks into the fish now. I like to think that Aran and KS2 met and KS2 had his breakfast - smile!
I think they probably 'migrated' to a tree out of the way. That's why the camera was panning trying to locate them?
Hi Mike :)
At 10:36 Aran brought another fish to the nest, KS3 had previously been 'shouting'. As Aran landed, there was another Osprey following him, I'm sure it had a blue ring on its right leg (could have been KS2?) 'Intruder's' right leg almost out of shot, left of Aran in this pic
