Sunday 1st April
Mrs G returns just after 2pm (time to be confirmed)
Thursday 5th April
On two separate occasions, Rutland-born female, Blue 3J, and Scottish male, Blue HR7, visit the nest. HR7 was seen around Glaslyn last year, Mrs G seems comfortable with him and they later mate.
Later in the evening there is an unringed male osprey on the scene, who looks very much like Aran. When he lands on the Glaslyn nest with the remains of a fish there is no mantling and no attempt to share the fish with Mrs G
[This male is later confirmed to be Aran]

ENS
Thank you for starting the new month/off-season, MARY :-*
Good morning, PATILY :) It was ENS when I loaded VLC but I had to shut down to install software - and I just reloaded to find this grumpy pair on the nest:
Except they're not both grumpy - I now see that KS3 is tucking into a fish, thank goodness after yesterday's mishap!

Chick genders
I was told on here that KS1 & KS3 were females and (therefore ;) ) KS2 was male. But I see from the stats above that that's wrong. Please confirm, someone?

The above stats say KS2 is male SCYLLA. It was Chick 3 is this what is confusing you :-)
Good morning Mary and MC.
MC good to see your IT issues seem to be resolved.....even if confusion reigns elsewhere!
Birdies LG DU update.
Yes. this is what's done it, Mary.
EDIT - Ringers should ring in age order... for my sake ;)
].
.
Can't see who this is:
I think there's been a visitor, just checking back...
Aha!
Holding right ankle with left talons :) I think I spotted a pale ring on landing:
EDIT - No, it's MrsG!
The cam had a quick look yonder, no-one else seen:
Three birds in a row: KS3 eating, KS2? shouting, and Mrs G supervising.
