Black cam (trained on the Love Tree perch, no doubt) right now, no evidence of any light or sounds of osprey.
Yesterday we did not see EJ with fish, nor did we see GJ though we might have heard his skydancing. We only saw EJ perching on the Love Tree preening out her moults in between brief visits to the nest.

Sorry So surprised at the view that I forgot to say Good Morning to Everybody
Good morning all. How nice to see EJ with a fish already!
Checked Aviemore and this all fits.
"Aviemore Ospreys 5.35 much better light and I'm sure that was EJ and an unringed male fishing together... no chasing each other around and one in right after the other.... EJ first."
Birdies LG DU update.
Thanks MIKE That's a nice image to imagine
Was up at the pond last night until 10pm watching osprey chasing each other around but not letting each other fish, got in the hides this morning, had three osprey dive by 4.40am... no light but it shows what happens when they don't get a fish in the late evening at this time of year.

Mike Thank you Gordon. EJ is currently eating a large fish on her favourite 'off nest' tree. Luckily the roving camera is showing it.
Good Morning Mike, Patily and Trying
Thank You CC for starting off the thread, always appreciated.
Got held up this morning, so I am late for BC.
Thanks Mike for checking AO, I did check before I logged on to forum and seen your comment, and immediately thought, Oh the cam is on the Perch already LOL...
Great to know EJ has been for breakfast, she obviously has decided to be an independent Osprey, :-) Not had a lot of choice in the matter though!.....
Edit: Come to think of it when I seen her refuse the couple of offerings, that was maybe EJ's reaction saying "Stick Yer Fish" LOL.....
She is taking a break from eating at the moment and having a good look all around her.
I hope SCYLLA is OK have been missing her last couple of mornings. No doubt will be melting in the heat.

Arrival with fish time works out at around 0540
Hi Mary. Just as well the camera was left off the nest last night!
I was thinking the same Mike, its great to see her with her fish without having to wait until 10 am, so in this instance it has worked out great.
I lightened up your snip Mike of EJ's Whopper, that will keep her going all day :-)
I wonder if the unringed male fishing with her got one as big as hers LOL....
