Morning Patily
Waiting on update from AO to see if EJ has called in for breakfast but nothing so far :-)
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
Good morning everyone.
Thanks for all the updates by everyone, and all the sterling efforts with all tech stuff, must be so frustrating, I wouldn't know where to start.
Last check - still empty nest and no update from AO.
Got to go now, things to see and places to go :-)
Have a great webcam watching day All. I hope EJ is around for us all today.
'Bye Mary, Hi Patily.
Birdies LG DU update.
Just noticed EJ's shadow on the nest, she'd been on the campost and as soon as I started typing she dropped onto the nest with a little leap. She's looking perky again.
She's flown.
Thank you for the report on the blue-ringed males, 25MAC :)))
Many thanks for the update on Blue JC6(16) and Blue FN3(15). It's always good to know who the intruders are, even more to know they were siblings - hatched near Aboyne, 26 miles west of Aberdeen. FN3 was one of two chicks. Aberdeenshire could well have two new males back in their forests!
14 May 2018 RSPB LG FB Intruding male osprey with the blue ring FN3 just landed on camera tree! EJ is looking stressed. We are doing some research to know his age and origin
5 June 2018 RSPB LG FB · We found out about the intruding male FN3 spotted three weeks ago! He was ringed near Aboyne in July 2015, one of two chicks, and this is the first time that he has been seen since he left the nest. Good news to know that he is back to Scotland after three years!
