TEGID IS BACK AGAIN
EJ's Memorial Balgavies Loch Ospreys 2023
One thing the video shows is just how close the nest actually is to the train track.

Good afternoon all. Thankyou for all the lovely pics and updates. We were at Dyfi on Monday 2 June. It's the first time we have been there! The obsevatory is truly impressive as is the whole reserve! I was so pleased to see The beautiful Monty in the flesh!
When we first arrived we were told Monty had been gone about an hour and a half but he returned with quite a large fish! He ate it on the TPerch. We thought he would just eat the head and take the remains to Telyn and the chicks. He had eaten most himself! Not sure when he gave the rest to his family as we had to leave! It was a lovely visit and will be going again. What a way to spend my long weekend!
We also visited Ceris hide. The hide which was named after poor Ceri who died shortly after fledgling. It has a lovely tranquil outlook over a pool of water where Dragon flies are! Such a beautiful place and perfect for Ceris memory. A lovely thing to do by the staff at Dyfi
Sounds like a great visit, 58willow.

All resting but awake Telyn on duty
Hi Patily. Seems they has a fish around 5am according to Chat.
Birdies LG DU update.
Just reading that Hi MIKE
I don't think that I will ever come to terms with the fact that such effort is put in by all the beautiful chicks to grow up and by attentive parents to raise and protect them and then after all that,so few survive.
