Aran still around to enjoy and watch his nest of to-a-coma-fed chicks. A strawbundle entangled on his claw for a mo, he was pecking at it, so i was wondering if there was fish inside, but not. it got loose on the rim.
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
A very fine fish, if a little gory:

Mrs G brooding the chicks.
Birdies LG DU update.
Aran was sitting on the perch, then he flew to the nest and Mrs G took his bit fish and a feed is in progress
He looks a bit like Odin in this snip.

So adorable all lined up
Good afternoon Mary!.
Great shot in which the difference between the chicks is so clear.
Good Morning Mike
