Yesterday's Daily Update saw some 370 posts, and spread to 25 pages. Trust me if you ever get the chance to read over it you will find it a great read. Not sure I could ever find the brevity to sum it up in one post.
Here's to Tuesday, and hopefully it will see EJ settle down with the most suitable male. She is on the nest just now. Quite windy at LG

Good morning my fellow Ospreyholics
Thanks for all the updates, pictures etc. Seems things are still the same with the egg as overnight.
I've got it! It's a toy for when the chicks arrive "Oh mummy, a toy egg. And it's life-size too. Yippee." LOL
And still she waits on a windy nest, for one of the boys to step up and bring her a fish
She's flown
and she's back
Poor EJ needs a fish. C'mon guys will one of you step up the plate. Or to put it another way
FISH PLEASE!
Thanks for all the posts, pics, videos everyone.
I am finding it very hard to watch at the moment, I console myself with the thought that if EJ was absolutely starving she would go fish for herself, she is just that kind of Osprey. "the proverbial Phenomenal"
I just find it all a bit sad to see her standing there over the egg,, but then I am just a softy when it comes to EJ. :-(
Hope something good happens for her soon.

Time for a preen

Cheer yourself up Mary. Consider the 'competition' on the Gabfest. No takers beyond me so far!
I'm with you there MARY
She deserves a fish first and foremost and then a reliable male
Hope both happen soon I hate seeing her standing there and there is nothing we can do
