  • Back again:

    He's off:

    Back again, with another stick:

Our herring gulls are red listed birds.  Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

  • He's back and really settling in Moving sticks and nestcupping He has flown again but I hope he is the one EJ deserves it He is back with sticks

  • Phew!  Can't go thru the season with these editing traumas :(

    .

    FISH:

    STICK!

    A very twiggy stick:

  • Will there be watchers in the forward hide recording all this?

  • Good morning, MIKE :)  So glad you tuned in for this :)))

CHOCO - I'm waiting particularly (not to insult anyone else) for MOFFER and BIRDIE to pronounce on ID, if familiar.

This is so thrilling!  I hate to say this, maybe a hostage to fortune, tempting fate, whatever - but this male does look so very promising :o

Doesn't he just?  Here's hoping he stays and they have a successful season.

There should be someone in there but I don't know whether they can record this, other than photographing events or writing them down.

It's amazing, isn't it?  EJ has been so quick to accept him - I'm sure she's come across him before so perhaps it could be the last male she was seen with before she disappeared.
