Seems that 5F didn't realise that she had the opportunity of a dedicated partner - let's hope she gets another chance after Aran is more occupied elsewhere :)

Poignant to see Glesni in the ringing video. I remember watching it back in 2014 and I liked the accompanying music. For those of you who are interested, it's Mairi MacInnes - Ysbryd Y Gael (This Feeling Inside).  She's a Gaelic singer from South Uist

This was Blue3J in the evening sun:

Managed to get 4h40m continuous this afternoon/evening, but the next clip only lasted 6 minutes :(  Just going to see if I have any more treasures.

Nothing special in the long clip, and the 6-minute clip ended mysteriously when 3J flapped - it looked quite casual the first time:

A couple of seconds later she turned right and flapped, and that's when the stream cut off :(

Just checked and she's currently falling asleep, so all must be well:

Close up of 3J sleeping, eyes shut and head dropping and then a near by goose makes her instantly alert Then she dozes again and a corvid wakes it. Now there are sounds as though Monty(?) on fiddling with something on the camera post.....so much croaking and honking now that 3J can't get back to sleep

I wonder when we'll get a name for her?

Sounds as if 3J now demanding fish...or is she just cross with surrounding birds?

Good morning, all.  Not having much luck with the live stream but I did manage to get this snap of 3J:

After a couple of minutes I tried to get the live stream again, which resulted in these:

It froze again, but then recovered:

Here's hoping he brought her a nice morning fish.
