RSPB have advised the live stream is to go live this weekend so it shouldn’t be too long now until we get our first glimpse of the nest.

Hopefully we’ll see the beautiful EJ return soon to her nest and long may she reign.
But until then, a thread to record all our observations until the ospreys arrive and the DU starts.

Delighted she's back! I bought my car because its first two registration letters were EJ, so now I don't have to change it
That is dedication Korky. Ian
Welcome home EJ. I'm gutted that I missed her arriving. My VLC froze and I didn't realise. My season has just started :)
Welcome home EJ!!! But I haven't seen you yet. Fantastic news!
I've just got home from Minsmere to find she's back. I've been checking the Community all afternoon!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I've just finished her arrival video, achieved compliments of WindowsMovieMaker but taking longer than usual. Still, I'm so grateful!
Couple of snaps to pass the time while it processes here, uploads, and processes there (YT).
There will have been better ones on the way thru but I was in pieces, pieces I tell you !!! ;-D
Landing :-*
.
Once the video is processed I may be able to scroll thru it more smoothly and get a couple of portraits.
