The Foulshaw webcam is now live.
Hope the ospreys use this nest this year!
the last of the evening sun, and looking fiswards/riverwards
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
A very tired 35
C CWT Foulshaw Moss
A rather warm 35 has suddenly flown off and YW appears to incubate
Someone asleep with their head between their wings
I see its 35 now she's woken up.....nestled her head down again and then jerked awake Now preening....and head down again
A lot of nest cup prodding this morning, I couldn't see if anything is happening with the eggs.
They all look to still be intact.
i checked in (after a long few days), and found her considering to fly off, and him wondering what she would go do
a bit murky cause it is getting dark
and oof, i do not have enough info to know what for, it didnt look like she had a fish
i didnt see anything move under him
After editing the first pics, she was back allready
and carefully into the egg cup
wriggle wriggle
and a volunteer is about to change cams/zoom in
seemingly listening to down there?...
just now, sleepy
alert for a bit
but zzzzzuch a heavy head
No more sleepyness, something's up.... including an expectant dad to be
and he's off, probably to a lower perch under the nest...
