The one lying down is shouting its little head off but the other flapped across the nest and disturbed it and they have both flown

Only osprey I could find this morning is at FM... a youngster calling for breakfast, did a few flapping sessions, and is now standing looking out thinking "Where is my Breakfast" :-)

Thanks, All, for the pics and posts.
But is the comment on the Foulshaw tweet true, that the male Osprey 'will keep the youngsters fed then start making them chase him for fish, eventually following him to the water'?! First I've heard about that but I wonder...I was under the impression that no actual 'teaching' happens, although I've thought I've seen what might be mimicry of the parents by the chicks, for example with regard to moving sticks on the nest. Any thoughts?
Kind regards,
Ann
