Earlier I posted the latest position for Blue LH0(17) 640 (from Clarach's first nest in 2017) who is still enjoying life in Heulva, Spain. I then realised it was still the 2017 thread. So I am reposting on this 2018 Aberfoyle thread. Or should Blue LH0(17) be on the Satellite Tracked Ospreys thread, rather than on the 2018 Season?
The link to the 2017 thread is here, and I will repeat some of Mary's start to that thread:
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Absolutely no doubt about it. Thanks, Mike!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
They do look comfortable together
I was hoping to see Clarach but the nest is empty
Did the male come back today? Lovely captures Thanks
Back after a day out to find the cam down early. Supposed to be up 9.30-5.30 according to their website. And it didn't come on-line until 10.06. We should ask for a refund....:-)
More important, Clarach is back. Has she been seen mating with Mr New-this-Year-with-a-white-leg-ring?
Unknown said: it didn't come on-line until 10.06.
Somebody reported that the webcam time is 6 mins late so the actual UP time is 10:06 to 17:06?
Observing the pair today (Clarach and no ring male) many folk are sure from the behaviour that this is the male from last year.

I hope it is - he seemed like a lovely character.
Cam up. No-one home
one on the nest as i checked in, looking female...., calling and seeing another flyover....
asap i tried to zoom in for ID-ing, it flew off
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
