Earlier I posted the latest position for Blue LH0(17) 640 (from Clarach's first nest in 2017) who is still enjoying life in Heulva, Spain. I then realised it was still the 2017 thread. So I am reposting on this 2018 Aberfoyle thread. Or should Blue LH0(17) be on the Satellite Tracked Ospreys thread, rather than on the 2018 Season?
The link to the 2017 thread is here, and I will repeat some of Mary's start to that thread:
ABERFOYLE WEBCAM LINK - It operates between the hours of 09.30 am to 5.30 pm.
THE LODGE AT FOREST VISITOR CENTRE - Facebook Page where you will find current information and also historic info on the project.
Birdie's DU Summaries 2018 https://www.imagicat.com/
Many thanks Mary. As you say, at least we can be confident on data with effect from 2017!
Thanks, Mary.
Kind regards, Ann
Just thought I would update on LH0 - I am hoping all is well but there has been no data from the tracker since March 3rd , hopefully it is either weather related or a tracker failure , these trackers were not the most reliable as we know . At least he was into a settled routine although he did have a wander on the 2nd , at least maybe Manu at some point may be able to have a little look , he is very busy thou with his business and family .
Valerie
Good news I hope - a update from LH0 at last so I am hoping it was just weather related , it was yesterday (08/03) at 21.21 and is in a area he has not used much in some trees right down over the other side of the Rio Tinto where it meets the Odiel , lets hope we get more today
Thanks, Valerie, fingers crossed for him!
The camera appears to be online but it doesn't look like the nest has been re-built since it fell apart in a storm last year. Is that the case? Ian
Ian do you have a link please?
Birdies LG DU update.
Hi Mike, incase Ian is not on line just now, here you are

This is what I am seeing ???
FCS - Aberfoyle
Karen and all. The nest was due to be refurbished on Thursday BUT the gale force winds made it too dangerous. Repairs are scheduled for next Thursday.
Thanks for the update Mike.
I just hope the weather improves and they manage to get it done!
