Hi everyone, a mixed day, intruders about, lots of shouting and shrieking and mantling. EJ and the young ones saw them off though.
Not sure how many fish, I think 4 were delivered. All had something to eat eventually, Greedy guts (#1) hogged fish when it could but I suppose that is the norm. Middle and younges still haven't fledged but whethe they will in the next few days who knows as the weather forecast is pretty grim for this part of the country
Leave you with the bairns all close together, sleeping. Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

Intruder alert ... EJ flies in mantling and shrieking ... closely followed by Eldest!

EJ food calling ... Odin must be around ... I wonder if he has a fish and was followed by the intruder?
EDIT ... I think she's food calling ... perhaps its just her more 'gentle' intruder call!
The 'I'm hungry' chorus has started ... what a voice Eldest has ... and now is joined by another!
Afternoon DjoanS I think EJ is food calling and as the youngsters are all on the nest it is possible Odin is waiting for the intruder to go away.

Meant to say that EJ does not seem to be mantling.
Hello margobird - Yes I wondered if Odin had a fish and was sitting with it

I'm being a little 'thick' here Lindy - what have I missed. What's a 'wind up'. (sorry)
Hello, I'm back after being out all the middle of today. Sorry about the above comment - had no time to explain as, as I was typing, Friend knocked on the door to take me out... I then switched off & dashed off! So actually I regretted not making myself plain!
If you look above my comment, I was thanking Brenda for pointing out that there had been further development on the Main Blog including a couple of new (long) explanations from the Staff to someone who has been a bl**sed nuisance on there lately.
Thanks to you All for postings & pics today.
Hi everyone. Thanks for all the brilliant posts and pictures. Ospreytastic as always. :-)EJ and all 3 younsters on the nest at the moment. EJ calling, sometimes assisted by one or more of this year's brood. Glad the rain has dissapeared for now at LG, as it has here just outside Glasgow. Just hope the LG wind stays calm.Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
back again and as I logged on EJ on the nest, then left it but is now back and screeching and mantling away. The intruder is obviously around.
