Hi everyone, a mixed day, intruders about, lots of shouting and shrieking and mantling. EJ and the young ones saw them off though.
Not sure how many fish, I think 4 were delivered. All had something to eat eventually, Greedy guts (#1) hogged fish when it could but I suppose that is the norm. Middle and younges still haven't fledged but whethe they will in the next few days who knows as the weather forecast is pretty grim for this part of the country
Leave you with the bairns all close together, sleeping. Happy viewing, see you in the morning.

---I think it would have already flown by now, today if it wasn't so very windy - it's nervous of being out of control & I don't blame it!!
Yep saw that and snapped it as well Serious wing exercising has been going on a few minutes ago
and another attempt and after that one it really carried itself across the nest. It really wants to go but just can't quite make the plunge yet.
and yet more of that last attempt
It shouldn't be too long now??????
Eldest adding his voice I take it . Lynette ...... !!!!!!!!!!!... :) :)
Simply fab photos !!
Intruder alert again and EJ is back on the nest joined by the eldest who were both shrieking away a moment or two ago.
WOW! Serious shouting there from EJ and #1 at an intruder. "You mess with us sunshine an' yer next fish'll come fae a blender!" EJ still calling and now #1 has joined in.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
At least two of the youngsters are having a right ol chunner whilst the youngest is keeping out of it.
Great pics, Lynette.
All shouting now.
