A marvelous day of viewing EJ in top form, on various perches. Kudos to the cam operator following her around! However at the end of the day skydancing was heard and feather rustles and a sweet EJ chirp from the nest. We wondered if she was being enticed by a suitor. Finally, Les Carr, veteran LG'er, left us with more and especially descriptive photos of the Forward Hide! They are keepers (and enlargeable so click away)! :)

Aw bless, she did look fed up and miserable and wet at the start of that clip, in the pouring rain.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
No sign of EJ since she flew from the cam tree this morning. ENS and it's raining, with wind. Same here too.

Thanks Moffer. I've been watching a lot of the time too, with VLC continually dropping out today. Wind and blowing grass....
16.05 EJ has landed!!
VLC has dropped as EJ flaps her wings. Opened in Carnyx... stilted, freezing...
Two frozen shots
She is much drier now.
She's flown to the cam post
I had a giggle to myself when I saw the picture of the osprey perches. When I found it at the osprey camp in The forest, it had a camera mounted on the platform in the camera tree, I cut out the camera, drew a camera mast and camera then stuck it with blue tack onto the picture that you see now. The " camera " has been replaced with a new drawing each Time the real camera has changed, :-))
Les Carr
Well done Les!!
