NEW CHAT THREADThis is the new thread for the week. I am watching the news of the terror attacks in London. I don't think it's appropriate to post my usual wishes for a happy new week along with a cheerful photo. I will simply say that my thoughts are with all of my dear friends in the U.K. I hope you all stay safe.
Meant to post this a few days ago. This broom was growing in a garden by the canal. Isn't it glorious?
A lovely picture, DIBNLIB and indeed, glorious.
LINDY - I bet you felt like pruning your OH when he decimated the camellia!
Its warm now, so I'm away out to the garden.
Feeling really unmotivated today. Keep thinking about the "lost days" when I was ill in hospital before I could have the leg surgery - I think I shall have to sit OH and J down and ask them seriously to fill me in - they have refused so far, but it is really important to me to know what happened.
Ospreys Rule OK, but Goldfinches come a close second!
OG: Interesting that you are curious about "lost days." My sister had the same feelings about the period she was in hospital last fall and kept asking her OH to fill her in. Forgot to congratulate you on successful entry/exit to car! Just take it slow.
AQ: Don't feel obliged to answer questions. I often just wonder out loud to myself - no wonder OH often ignores me! :-)
Love the goats and broom photos. :-)
Getting back to normal. Daughter walked in her front door 9 hours after leaving our house yesterday, what with airport delays and shuttles. My granddaughter has driven that route in 8.5!!
OF - They are probably not wanting to remember, as you will realise. I can tell you that EE asked us to pray for you. And we did xx
OG- please don't push them, it is important to you because you hate not having everything at your fingertips. They just want to forget it and talking about it will probably bring back the worry that they must have felt. The important thing is that you are getting better, every day xx
Starting new thread!
