First of all, we should expect a slight interruption for the cam image to be adjusted - maybe better color - HOORAY!
Hi folks,
Just to say there'll be a slight interruption to the webcam tomorrow morning, hopefully only for half an hour or so, while we fit a gadget to improve the streamed image. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully EJ will be revealed in even greater glory once we have it sorted (and maybe without her snowy blanket too! What a bird!)
ThanksJess
Second, I cannot neglect scylla's compilation of EJ's trials of the previous 24 hours, that made BBC news. Here it is again. But, I should also emphasize there were a cadre of suffering souls who kept a vigil on EJ overnight. You know who you are. :-*© RSPB - Loch Garten and Carnyx Wild And here is EJ just before the LS froze (maybe from the temperature!) Actually, the stream is very modus interruptus for me tonight...

I posted two screenshots and they have disappeared.
I hope Moffer or Scylla or anyone arrives soon to take over

Good morning. Both birds on the nest when I looked in a few moments ago. Glad to see very little snow on the nest, here's hopeing we have seenthe last of the snow.
Bye Mary and thank you for great screenshots!
I kind of have a still image right now... *refreshes again*
it worked, cause i saw her blink.
teeny bit of snow-ish flakes flying by. Quiet otherwise.
2016: first time in history an Osprey nested in the NL. 2018: 2 active nests! 2019 a storm interferes. 2020: a third active nest in a tree!
Am quite sure somebody is around doing cam, as the view has changed slightly...
Oh dear, this view though will cut off their heads when they stand on the nest...o.o
( there is some fiddling with settings while still live viewing)
