Yesterday was another day of corvid chasing and of a whole fish delivered to EJ after no fish the day before. EJ is on her two eggs. Perhaps a third tomorrow?© RSPB - Loch Garten and Carnyx Wild
A strange froggy sound just awakened her.

Yours are so much clearer than mine, so well done!

EJ has returned already, Odin remains incubating, and a crow calls nearby. Perhaps that is why EJ returned?
EJ's back. Crow is calling nearby.
It's clearly bothering EJ. "Will Odin leave the eggs to chase it? I better return"

What is that 'chatter' tap, tap, tap, whirring sound?
That's the Crows contact pair noises. It just shows how close they are Sheila.
A few more drops of rain. EJ is still standing at the back of the nest, with Odin incubating
Oh, thank you Moffer. I have never heard that before either on the cam or in 'real' life.
13.34 EJ gave a chip chip, and has flown with her fish. Odin paddles beneath him and continues to incubate
Odin calls and EJ has flown with the fish.
What have we here then, 3 eggs
Daddy love :o)
I see the clod of dried grass is still around. I also noted that it was referred to in the blog about the second egg being laid. I think Odin brought it in before then, during the windy spell and everything was getting blown around.
The sun has come out again.
